There are several definitions and opinions about what it takes to become a leader; but the one that I have always embraced states that “a leader is one who understands the importance of helping another to improve.”

Dallas County Constable Officer Speaks on Leadership

"Discover the leader that lives inside and become the leader you were meant to be" was the message shared by our Wednesday Mixer guest speaker Officer Michael Ervin.

We invited Officer Ervin to share with The 12 on leadership and the skills needed to be a good leader. Officer Ervin serves our community with the Dallas County Constable's Office.

With such responsibility, you could imagine Officer Ervin gave our students a great perspective on developing leadership.
